Returns

Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and problem. After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Items without their original packaging or tags
• Final-sale items
• Items restricted from return by health or hygiene rules

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to request a return, if eligible, and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
